30-day Money-back Guarantee Policy

The Policy

Under this policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you can cancel your account within 30 calendar days from the date you first purchased/subscribed to your monthly plan and TextSpot will refund you 100% of your first monthly service fee, subject to the below terms.

PLEASE NOTE: Our money-back guarantee only applies to your monthly subscription fee and does not apply to any overages incurred on your monthly subscription. The money-back guarantee does not include the $19 A2P 10DLC registration fee. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to any custom service/subscription plan.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible, you must:

1. Be a paying TextSpot customer subscribed to a monthly plan;
2. Not previously have received any money-back guarantee offered by TextSpot;
3. Must abide by our  Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Use, and Anti-Spam Policy.
4. The customer must attend a 15-minute virtual meeting with a Customer Success Representative (request this meeting by using our online chat).
5. Provide proof of purchase.

Please note that signing up for a monthly plan alone is not sufficient for eligibility under this policy.

How to Take Advantage of the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee

To take advantage of this policy, you must contact us via our online chat function within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you first purchased your monthly plan. In the chat, you must provide all the required information. TextSpot may require verification that the above terms were met, the requestor’s identity, and the requestor’s association with the business entity (if applicable) in order to process cancellations and refunds under this policy. TextSpot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine and/or deny your eligibility to take advantage of this policy.

Cancellation and Refund Process

If TextSpot finds that you are eligible to take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee, your account will be canceled and a refund equal to the amount of your first monthly subscription fee will be issued to the credit card you used to make your payment.

General Policy Information

TextSpot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this offer at any time. TextSpot reserves the right to offset any refund amount by an amount equal to unpaid additional fees charged by us or third parties outstanding at the time of the cancellation and refund request. TextSpot is not responsible for delays in refunds due to financial institution or credit card processor policies, delays, or closures, or due to inaccurate personal or billing information as such may be provided by the customer or otherwise inputted and maintained in our systems by TextSpot.
