What is the Organization Feature?
Organizations allow you to add multiple users to one account so your team can send messages without sharing logins. Each person gets their own workspace while the owner and admins stay in control.
This is perfect for teams, schools, gyms, franchises, home service companies, real estate offices, and more.
How Organizations Work
If you have a team sending texts, you shouldn’t have to share passwords or wonder who replied to which customer. Organizations fix that.
Create your Organization once. Add members. Assign roles. Start sending messages.
Each additional user beyond the Organization owner is $10/month.
Here’s how to start:
- Log in to your TextSpot account.
- Click My Account > Team Management in the upper right corner.

- Add members using their email addresses.
- Choose whether they’re an Admin or Member.
- Confirm the invoice and send invitations.
Your team can now log in, set up their accounts, and start messaging.

Admin
Admins oversee the whole Organization.
They can:
- Add or remove members
- Assign and reassign contacts
- Manage billing
- Edit all templates
- View all analytics and reports
Team Member
Team Members focus on their own conversations.
They can:
- Send and schedule messages

- View their own inbox
